Opti-Turmeric® capsules from Healthspan include 500mg of NovaSOL® curcumin – the most readily absorbed form of curcumin – and 20mg of vitamin C, making it a great formula for promoting cartilage development and immunological health*. The turmeric in our goods comes from the Karnataka hills in southern India.
